Note: This form is only for adding Division and Area Contest information to the District Calendar and listing it on the Web Site. It is not for individual Club Contests.

Below are text boxes for you to use for various information about your contest. You may use as many or as few as you need.


Security: (use only if needed)
Include information such as whether someone needs to be called or emailed ahead of time to get your name on a list; whether Social Security Number is needed, whether a picture ID is needed, how long the security line might be, whther bags might be searched, etc..


Mass Transit Info: (use only if needed)
Include information such as which rail line, which rail stop, whether the stop is within walking distance of the location, which exit to use to leave the subway, what direction to turn after leaving the subway, how to get from the subway or bus stop to the building, which entrance to use to enter the building, etc.  


Driving Directions: (use only if needed)
Include information such as probable street repairs, detours, strange traffic patterns, etc.


Parking: (use only if needed)
Include information such as where parking is located, Whether it's a parking garage or on-street parking, the cost to park, how to get from the parking area to the building, which entrance to use to enter ther building, etc.


Refreshments:  (use only if needed)
Include information such as what type of refreshments you are having at the contest and cost. People like to know if they should eat before the contest.


Cost: What are you charging if anything? Are you having a 50/50 raffle? Do children below a certain age get a reduced price?


Directions provided by the site: Include a link to the website of the place where the contest is being held. For example, if this is a government agency that has their own webpage listing a map and/or directions, specify  that specific web page address here and we will link to it.
