Does your club have a website? Is it regularly updated or does it need a face lift? Take a minute to click on your club’s page. What do you think when you look at it? Would you like to change it?
You can! The District 27 Website Contest kicked off in January, and is open for submissions through March 31, 2018. Show us what your club stands for, why it is unique and what it offers.
Each club may submit one entry.
A panel of three judges will evaluate the websites using the following criteria:
- overall user experience,
- visual experience,
- interactive experience,
- use of white space,
- engagement of visitors,
- speed and simplicity for using the website,
- a responsive design that is easy to navigate,
- personality of the website, and,
- adherence to Toastmasters International brand guidelines.
Judges have sole discretion to award websites in whatever categories they choose. Examples could be, but not necessarily are, Best Overall; Best Corporate/Community Club website; Best Use of Video; Best Use of Social Media; and Most Informative. Winners will be announced no later than May 5, 2018. Winners will earn a $25 gift certificate for the Toastmasters International store.
Click here to access the entry form and seize this opportunity to bring your club to a new level in cyberspace!
